How it works

At home teeth whitening is becoming more and more popular. It involves wearing a custom-made mouthguard or tray with a bleach gel for a period of time either overnight, or during the day.

First, an impression is taken of the upper and lower teeth, then a custom fitted tray is created from the impression.

This tray is then fitted and checked, then supplied to you with whitening gel and instructions on how to use it correctly. At home, you simply wear the tray with the gel for the recommended period of time to achieve the whiter shade you desire.
